remember seeing this picture of Sonny Bill Williams and just being absolutely
astonished with the amount of muscle and definition that he had. The next day I printed this out and stuck it on my wall for motivation. So
that every time I didn’t feel like working out or didn’t want to
drink another protein shake, I could look at SBW and it would remind
me of why I was putting in the hard work. Sometimes things as simple as putting a picture on a wall can make all the difference.
