Sonny Bill Williams Workout – Get Ripped

I remember seeing this picture of Sonny Bill and just being absolutely astonished with the amount of muscle and definition that he had.

The next day I printed this out and stuck it on my wall for motivation.

So that every time I didn’t feel like working out or didn’t want to drink another protein shake, I could look at Sonny Bill and it would remind me of why I was putting in the hard work.

Sometimes things as simple as putting a picture on a wall can make all the difference.

Lots of people think if you are naturally thin then you won’t ever be able to be big and muscled up. You know it’s simply not the truth.

Not matter how light you are today, with the correct training and eating information, anybody including you can create a healthy and pumped body.

Perhaps even rivaling Rugby League star Sonny Bill Williams. There are a few basic rules which you should follow if you want to build muscle.

1. You are what you eat. You can’t except to build lots of lean muscle, no matter how hard you workout in the gym, if you are constantly consuming fast food and fries and guzzling alcohol. It just can’t.

You must be more strict with your food consumption.

Foods such as lean chicken breast, lean beef, brown rice, protein shakes, oatmeal and fish should become the staple of your diet. These foods will not only help you look better, but you will also feel better too.

In any kind of workout routine (including Sonny Bill William’s workout routine) you must aim to eat 22 calories per pound of body weight per day.

For example if you are 150 pounds and you want to gain muscle mass then you need to start consuming 3300 calories of good foods each day.

This gives you enough energy to complete your exercises at a high level, while allowing you to increase your weight.

2. The Sonny Bill Williams workout revolves around a lot of compound lifting. Compound lifts are basic exercises that target your major body parts.

Such as your quads, back, chest etc. The exercises include the bench press, squat, dead lift and leg press.

They are super effective in creating large hormone spikes in the body and assist you in building muscle faster.

Sonny Bill didn’t create his physique by doing dumbbell curls, he trained his major body parts and so should you.

The bottom line is, when you start eating the right food in large quantities and commence disciplined exercise with proper form, you will start to build muscle and enhance your body quickly.
